Lead a team of Deel Engage and Deel HR sellers across North and
Latin America
Drive a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales
goals
Develop processes for consistent execution and monitor sales
pipeline and forecasts
Required Qualifications
Based in North America
Significant experience leading sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS
company
3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in HR tech
Experience selling into companies with 1-200 and 200+ employees
Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting
