We're urgently hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support a leading manufacturing company in Tampa, FL. This 6-month hybrid contract starts ASAP and offers a competitive rate of $42-$45/hr.This is an ideal opportunity for a polished and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate manufacturing environment and is confident partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions.Position Overview:You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried and hourly roles across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions. You'll also partner with leadership on strategic hiring, candidate pipeline development, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles (e.g., service techs, maintenance techs)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage expectations
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS (SmartRecruiters), CRM, and other recruiting tools
• Provide a top-tier candidate experience while promoting DE&I hiring practices
• Manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and data reporting in ATSQualifications:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles and hourly workforce
  • Must have worked in a professional, corporate environment
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with hiring managers
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS/CRM, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree requiredContract Details:
