• 10 to 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Expertise in NeoLoad
• Telecom background is a plus
• Oversee testing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in projects
• Performance Analysis, troubleshooting and monitoringRoles/Responsibilities:
• Lead the testing team in planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Oversee the development and maintenance of test scripts using NeoLoad to ensure performance and load testing are effectively conducted
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Coordinate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and milestones
• Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
• Develop and implement testing strategies that align with industry best practices and company standards
• Conduct regular reviews of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and adherence to requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve testing processes
• Utilize domain knowledge in Telecom to enhance testing accuracy and relevance
• Ensure all test environments are properly configured and maintained
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Should have experience in leading and mentoring a team of testers
• Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software, must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues
• Should approach continuous improvement to improve testing processes
