Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive
team alignment and operational efficiencies in IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across software
development and platform integration
Develop project plans, establish milestones, and track progress
while facilitating technical discussions
Continuously refine program management processes and provide clear
updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in technical project/program
management, preferably in SaaS
Experience in the agent software domain, such as automation
software or bot frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and
containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of the full lifecycle of product development and
experience in product development planning
Expertise in the Atlassian JIRA toolset
